Deepwater “Serenity” - Property Marketing

When our Agnes Water clients contacted us to capture their other beautiful home bordering Deepwater National park, we were excited and up for the task! Dubbed “Deepwater Serenity” for its gorgeous and peaceful location it proved to be an amazing opportunity and challenge due to the sheer scale of the land and home, as well as its location.

Drone photography and video was required to capture some of the immense 121 hectares of land on the coast of Australia’s Central Queensland coastline and Southern Great Barrier Reef. The property also has 554 metres of unpopulated absolute beach frontage also captured with our cameras and drones.

Our filming and photography was carried out over two trips. Our second trip was overnight to allow us to capture the home and land during the beautiful lighting at dawn and dusk. This time of day filming helps to capture the beautiful lighting depending on the aspect of the property.

For top down and bright aerial shots, we chose the midday lighting to reduce on shadows cast.

Planned staging/props were sourced and provided by us to help elevate the property and it is always a recommendation to get your home photo-ready for the best results.
